Policies

No one enjoys being penalized and we don’t enjoy penalizing. If you cannot attend your reserved in-person class, please cancel at least 2 hours before class starts. The class will be returned to your account to use for a different date.
A late cancellation (less than 2 hours before class start) or a no-show will result in a nonrefundable class.

Class cards are non-refundable. New Student Special expires in 30 days, 5 class packs expire in 3 months, and 10 class packs expire in 6 months. There are no extensions on unused classes unless a letter is provided from a health professional.

Classes/packages/memberships cannot be transferred or shared.
You can bring a friend and treat them to a class on your pack.

Yes! In studio privates are $150 for a 60-minute session. Digital privates are $75 for a 60-minute session. We require a 24-hour cancellation for in-studio and digital private sessions. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel less than 24 hours prior

All monthly memberships (all access and digital) auto- renew each month. We require a 3 month commitment with the All Access Monthly Unlimited Memberships with the ability to pause it 1x during a 3 month cycle. To cancel your monthly membership, please email us at info@movewithlove.com at least 10 days in advance of your next billing cycle.

Workshops led by MWL teachers: cancelling within 72 hours prior to the workshop 100% refund, cancelling within 48 hours prior to the workshop 50% refund, cancelling within 24 hours or less of the workshop NO REFUND.
Workshops, trainings, courses, and/or events led by guest teachers: Refund policy may differ according to teacher.

Cool it Down (Restore)

An open level restorative practice meant to slow you down and calm you down. We start with some light movement to prepare the body and then we move into longer supportive shapes so that we get to rest. Restorative yoga reduces stress levels, reduces muscle tension, renews energy, and releases feel good endorphins for a blissed-out experience. Think of it like a good yoga nap! *good for prenatal and postnatal folks.

Some Kinda Love (Flow)

An open level vinyasa flow set to great tunes that connects movement with breath, creative sequencing, and easily digestible alignment cues. The class will be inspired by the teacher’s movement background and unique style. Expect sprinklings of hatha yoga, dance, breath work, and meditation to get you focused less on how you move but why you move.

A 75-minute prenatal yoga practice that centered around community, education, and movement all geared towards assisting the changes and transformations of the pregnant body. With so many shifts happening both internally and externally, prenatal yoga provides you with the tools and techniques needed to cultivate strength, flexibility, adaptability, confidence and trust in your body, pregnancy, and parenting. Flow Back

An Open level 60 minute vinyasa class where the music reigns supreme. Each week, Flow Back, will feature a different era, decade, or artist to help you move and groove. Think Old School 90s Hip Hop, James Brown, Emo Vibes, The Velvet Underground… This class is like a yoga feel good dance party – simpler sequences so that you can jam out to the tunes!

After Hours

Yoga Nidra is a practice of meditation experienced in savasana where we enter the space between consciousness and sleep. The body is completely relaxed; there is a withdrawal of the senses, by being led through a series of verbal instructions and mantras. After hours aids in deep relaxation of the entire body, helps with insomnia, promotes focus, creativity, visualization, and pain relief.

A meditation practice that uses imagery, mantra, mudras (hand gestures), and breath to focus the mind on the present moment. Meditation helps with concentration, self-esteem, self-compassion, and rewiring our thought patterns.
